This is about my life in Zurich, all the places I visit, what I get up to with my son and anything I think is good to blog about.

Snaps from Utrecht
Going back to our trip to Holland at the end of April, we visited the city of Utrecht as one of our day trips away from Amsterdam. Unfortunately Alessio got a bit sick and we spent the morning roaming around Amsterdam trying to find a chemist and then a doctor. So our time in Utrecht was not as much as planned therefore all the places we wanted to visit had to be axed.
Anyway once we arrived we walked around admiring the canals and buildings, then it started to rain so we decided it would be a good time for lunch. Afterwards we hopped on a boat for a tour of the canals which we enjoyed a lot and learnt lots of new facts.
We had told Alessio about the Domtoren and that there are 465 steps to climb, he said he wanted to do this, luckly for us he was not feeling that great! I would have liked to visit the Rietveld- Scröder House but it needed to be booked in advance. We stopped for some coffee and cake, then looked at the lovely shops and wandered back to the station.
That evening back in Amsterdam my mum stayed with Alessio, so I and my dad went off to find a restaurant, we decided on Indian. It was a nice meal, Alessio was better the next day just as well as we were flying back to Zurich.
