I hope you all had a lovely weekend. My weekend was very quiet and I did hardly anything at all. On Saturday Alessio had a football tournament and on Sunday we visited Park im Grün and had lunch there for a change of scenery from our flat.
During the February holidays I took a few days off work to do some things with Alessio. On the Friday we went for the day to Vevey in the French part of Switzerland, situated on Lake Geneva. The main reason for the trip was to visit the house and museum of Charlie Chaplin. Therefore we did not have much time to see Vevey. I will post about our visit to the house/museum another time.
Once we left the museum, we headed back in the centre and walked around the lake front and the old part. It has lovely shop signs like in Lausanne and the old buildings were also very nice. As you can see from the pictures it was a sunny day so by the lake front it was quite busy. By then it was time to head to the train station and get our train back to Zurich.
